How can I buy from southhouston.gr?
At southhouston.gr you can make purchases at any time electronically and with one click the products will be at your door.
After seeing in detail the products that interest you from the various categories, select the color and number you want and click "Add to Cart". To see your cart and proceed to the completion of the order, click on the top right of the basket icon.
After seeing a summary of your order, click the "Buy" button to proceed with the completion of your order.
To complete your order, fill in your details and payment method, accept the terms of use and then click "Submit Order". You have the opportunity to complete your order either as a visitor by filling in the required fields, or to create an account and log in to it by entering your email and password.
Upon successful completion, a message will appear on your screen with the code of your order and will inform you of the email address where a preview of the order you just made will be sent to you.
Can I place an order by phone or via Social Media?
For direct orders we suggest you visit www.southhouston.gr as stocks run out very quickly. In case you do not have the opportunity to place your order online, you can call us at +30 283 105 3293 Monday - Friday from 09.00 to 21.00 or send us your message on our pages in Social Media and we will serve you in order of priority.
Can I edit / delete an item from my cart?
You can change the quantity or remove a product from your shopping cart before completing your order. To view your cart and proceed to edit click on the top right of the cart icon.
To change the quantity in a product, press the symbols - or + in the quantity of the specific product.
To remove a product from the cart, click the delete icon (bucket) on that product.
To change the number you have selected in a product, click the edit icon (pen) on the specific product where it takes you to the product page to select a different number and add it back to your cart.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Greece: The estimated delivery time within Greece and in the central cities is 1-3 working days depending on your region. There is of course the possibility depending on the transport company in your area, this may increase up to 7 working days.
If you are:
Within Attica or any other city in Greece (excluding islands and inaccessible areas) delivery time is 1-3 working days.
In islands and inaccessible areas the delivery time is 2-4 working days.
Are card transactions secure?
All payments made at www.southhouston.gr using a card are processed through an electronic payment platform that uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
Can I cancel my order?
South Houston gives you the opportunity to cancel your order if its condition allows. The average time to cancel your order is around 1-2 hours, ie before it can be processed. How do I find a product I'm looking for?
If you know the product name or code you can enter it in the search field or in the magnifying glass at the top of the page. Alternatively you can browse the various categories to see all the available products available
How can I be sure that my order was completed successfully?
Once you complete your order the system will automatically send you an email informing you that your order has been placed. This confirms that you have successfully completed your order and that it has reached us.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, check your spam or bids folder
I have not received my order yet
If you have not received your order within 5 days from the date of shipment, send us an email with your order number and your name at info@southhouston.gr and we will do our best to locate and ensure your receipt.
Why is my card not accepted?
There are several possible reasons for rejecting a transaction through your debit / credit card. In this case you should contact your bank to inform you or call us at +30 283 105 3293 Monday - Friday from 09: 00-21: 00 to check.
Can I add a product to the order I just placed?
If you have completed your order you can not add another product. You will have to place an order again and note in the field "Order Comments" to join your previous order or contact us by phone to complete the new product you want to add. You can complete products in your order within 1-2 hours of making it.
